SIGMATEK offers its customers complete automation solutions, comprising hard- and software, as well as applications support. The seamless, comprehensive product portfolio includes: Control and I/O systems, IPCs, HMIs, Motion Control, Safety and the all-in-one engineering tool LASAL.
We design all SIGMATEK automation system components at our headquarters in Lamprechtshausen near Salzburg, as well as our Vienna branch office. Production is also located in Lamprechtshausen. SIGMATEK can therefore quickly and flexibly react to our customer's needs and ensure high delivery reliability, as well as long-term availability of systems and products. Solution Expertise, maintaining high quality standards and continually optimizing technology and services are thereby important goals. The products and technologies are always state-of-the art, whereby legacy and forward compatibility are maintained.
Around 18 percent of our annual sales revenue is invested in research and development to ensure trendsetting designs and commercial success.
With the engineering platform LASAL, you get an integrated and user-friendly tool set for all phases of machine design: project development, programming or configuration, simulation, commissioning, service, diagnostics and remote maintenance of the machines and systems in the field.
The bundling of all automation tasks into one modern object-oriented design environment simplifies project development and programming enormously. The complex can be simply structured and implemented. In addition to minimizing the development times and therewith costs, simple maintenance resulting in the sustainable value of your software is just one of the convincing arguments for using our all-in-one engineering tool.
LASAL combines object-oriented programming (IEC 61131-3 standard) with graphic representation and makes mechatronic engineering possible: Software objects can represent real machine components. With the extensive LASAL libraries, packages and Add-Ones, you can create your application software quickly and easily.
Whether high-end, midrange or economy model, there is often a single base project for a specific machine. You can–practically with the push of a button–automatically create the software for different configurations for individual customers (scripting).

EPLAN-LasalCLASS2 integration
Sigmatek has been integrated with the EPLAN data portal for several years, which already contains many of our modules.
To further simplify implementing projects and make their process more efficient and user-friendly, we’ve also integrated EPLAN-AML into our LasalCLASS2 design tool. This provides a seamless transition between the wiring diagram and project design in the PLC.
Redundancies and errors are reduced to a minimum.
