One Solution, Two Possibilities to Upload Projects
Using eMANAGE you can easily and securely upload your EPLAN Projects to the EPLAN Cloud – for clear, cross-team data access. Simply register for the EPLAN Cloud and you’re ready to go!
Method 1: Upload directly from EPLAN Platform
You can upload your project directly from the platform solutions EPLAN Electric P8 or EPLAN Pro Panel. To use this function, you will need EPLAN Platform, Version 2.9 (Servicepack 1) or higher. You can extensively use the full version of EPLAN eMANAGE from EPLAN Platform 2022 and newer. Our tip: Stay up to date by always using the current version of the EPLAN Platform.
Method 2: Upload via browser function
You have the possibility of uploading your project data through eMANAGE without any previous installation of EPLAN software. Simply use your browser to upload projects in the ZW1 format. This also works for EPLAN Projects from older versions of the platform starting from Version 1.8.
Technical note: By default, the EPLAN eMANAGE application is only visible to administrators of the respective organisation in the EPLAN Cloud. Administrators will need to assign eMANAGE roles to individual users within the organisation so that they can see and use the application.
EPLAN eMANAGE Free
EPLAN eMANAGE Free is available for use, free of charge, to all users of the EPLAN cloud. This application lets you simply and securely share EPLAN Projects and other data with selected project partners, across teams and even across companies, allowing you to work seamlessly with co-workers and business partners alike.
EPLAN eMANAGE
The fee-based full version of EPLAN eMANAGE offers you additional functionality as well as more storage space for your data. Synchronise your master data from the EPLAN Platform 2022 with eMANAGE, thus making it easier for other users to access and use that data. With just one click, you can make current EPLAN Projects available in earlier versions, thereby enabling project partners who aren’t yet working with the most current version of EPLAN to centrally access your project data in the cloud. The number of eMANAGE licences can be customised, independent from other EPLAN licences. Each purchased licence for the full version of eMANAGE brings you an additional 10 GB of storage space for your data.
